Every good business has a story, and ours is no exception.  Allison James of FL owner Robert Milligan started in property management at the age of 15 and found his passion.  At 18, having not yet personally bought or sold a home he became a Realtor.  After a few years learning the business, he opened Shells Realty at 22 and within 2-3 years grew that company to hundreds of Realtors responsible for hundreds of millions in annual sales.  In 2008 Milligan completed a merger with the national internet based real estate brokerage, Allison James Estates & Homes.  The merger was a huge success and Allison James has enjoyed record breaking growth ever since!
